Matrix typically considers funding proposals in the $500,000 to $7 million range. Interest rates on all loans are set relative to the nature of the funding proposal and the attendant risk profile. Matrix always aims to be highly market competitive. Loan terms vary from six months to three years. Matrix target turnaround time from receipt of a fully completed application to providing a verbal indication is 48 hours. In some cases, indicative guidelines can be provided of proposed interest rates and fees based on a telephone briefing. All applications are held in strict confidence.
